  • Pickup / Receive Device
    At KLIA: Can pickup 6 hours before departure time from Malaysia. For Malaysia device, can pickup after your arrival date to Malaysia.
    Midvalley: One day before your departure date from Malaysia.
    At Our Office: One business day before your departure date from Malaysia.
    By Courier: Receive one day before your departure date from Malaysia.
    Please submit your order what exactly time you will pickup for us to prepare your device.
  • Return / Send Device
    At KLIA: Please return on the same day your arrival to Malaysia. For Malaysia device, please return before your departure from Malaysia.
    Midvalley: One day after your arrival date to Malaysia.
    At Our Office: One business day after your arrival date to Malaysia.
    By Courier: Send one day after your arrival date to Malaysia.
    Please submit your order what exactly time you will return for us to ready anticipate your arrival.
  • What will be happened if i return the device late?
    If late return the device after the return date which mentioned above, we will charge the price multiply 1.5 than normal price/day.
    For example if you go to Japan. Japan device 1 day is RM28. If late return device we charge RM28 X 1.5 = RM42/day.

You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your pocket Wi-Fi. For this reason, we will charge you the compensation fees.

Please contact us by email ASAP informing us about your cancellation. If the cancellation is done after we shipped the item to your pickup location, we will only charge RM80 as cancellation fee.

You can connect the pocket Wi-Fi up to 5 devices but it will drop the speed when more devices connect at the same time. For Japan country, you can connect up-to 10 devices/people.

You will make a payment when you return our device at our VISONDATA (M) Sdn Bhd counters or office.
